Officers from the local neighbourhood policing team (NPT) are taking to the streets to engage with the local community later this month.
The Local Area Commander, Giles Parsons, will be present alongside local officers on Stone High Street, near to the library, in order to discuss community concerns and engage with the public on a face-to-face basis.
The policing team will be present at the location from 6pm till 8pm on Wednesday 25 May.
Chief Inspector Parsons said: “This is a great opportunity for local residents and business owners to interact with officers directly.
“The NPT will be providing high visibility across a key community hotspot - giving the public a chance to share any concerns and receive specific crime prevention advice.
“Some of these concerns will require a collaborative response with our local authority partners who we continue to work closely with.
“We are committed to these engagement events and we hope to continue to interact with our local communities and action these concerns and queries on a face-to-face and personal basis.”
