I am a wife, mother, grandmother, deep-rooted in Stafford. With wide-ranging experience in agriculture, land management and rural enterprise, in higher education; health, housing and social care, I am a determined advocate for national/local policies to re-energize our towns, ensure healthy village communities, support sustainable farming, enable businesses, and generate skilled jobs. As cabinet member for Development at Stafford Borough Council, I have seen £1bn worth of recent investment in our borough.  I am deeply committed to nature recovery, climate change solutions, and raising building design standards, I chair the AONB Protected  Landscape Partnership for our iconic and threatened Cannock Chase.
