Peter Jones - Eccleshall Ward

Peter and Joy have four grown-up children and six grandchildren and have lived in Eccleshall for over 26 years, the first 20 as the town’s newsagent.

Peter has served on the Eccleshall Parish Council for 24 years, he has served as chairman and currently as deputy chairman.
He has been a member of the Stafford Borough Council for eight years serving on Planning, Audit & Accounts and Licensing committees.

In 2015 / 2016 he had the honour of serving as The Mayor and in 2018 / 2019 as Deputy Mayor of Stafford Borough.  He holds monthly surgeries in the library talking to residents and listening.

He has been the organiser of the Eccleshall Festival for the past 10 years, and for the past 21 years has produced the Eccleshall Guide .  He founded the Eccleshall Voluntary Car Scheme and with a team of volunteer drivers provides transport for medical appointments.  He volunteers at Eccleshall Show, Gatehouse Theatre and  Stafford Talking Newspapers for the Blind. Patrick joined local solicitors Hand Morgan and Owen in 1987 as a trainee solicitor and became a partner in 1996. A keen sportsman, Patrick played cricket for Manchester and District at under 18 level, worked as a lifeguard in California and captained Leigh Sixth Form College firsts at Football.

Andrew Harp - Milwich Ward

Andrew is married to Jill and has a daughter Sarah, who lives in Burston with her husband and two boys.  Andrew has lived and worked in Milwich for 46 years.  He has practical personal experience and insight on issues around ageing and dementia. He has been a borough councillor for 16 years.

Lynne Bakker-Collier - St Michaels & Stonefield Ward

I have loved living in Stone for the last 50 years; I have served you by running two local businesses, Midfield Nursery & Florist for 26 yrs and Midfield Canine Education Academy for 44 years. For the last 8 years I have been proud to represent you as a Stafford Borough Councillor.
